Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • The delivery fee is R100, which allows up to 12 t-shirts.

  • We offer express shipping across South Africa through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated shipping time (after order has been processed): 2-3 business days. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Also note there can be a 1 day delay due to airline delays.

  • Total estimated time for delivery can be between 10 and 14 business days, taking order processing time into account. See below.

 

Order Processing Time

  • All t-shirts are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before dispatch (depending on size order).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

 

No International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

 

Shipping Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays and public holidays.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at info@theheavyt.co.

 

Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is in production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors after placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Defective Items

  • Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please let us know by contacting us at info@theheavyt.co.

 

Wrong Address

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility that printed and shipped your product.

  • You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

 

Returned by Customer

  • We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges.

  • Should any returns arise due to an error on our part, we will cover the expenses.

  • However, if you want to exchange or return a product without any defects, or want a different size, you will have to place a new order at your expense. 

  • Please contact us before returning any products.
