Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

The delivery fee is R100, which allows up to 12 t-shirts.

We offer express shipping across South Africa through trusted courier partners.

Estimated shipping time (after order has been processed): 2-3 business days. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Also note there can be a 1 day delay due to airline delays.

Total estimated time for delivery can be between 10 and 14 business days, taking order processing time into account. See below.
Order Processing Time

All t-shirts are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before dispatch (depending on size order).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
No International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is in production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy
Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please let us know by contacting us at info@theheavyt.co.
Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility that printed and shipped your product.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
-
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges.

Should any returns arise due to an error on our part, we will cover the expenses.

However, if you want to exchange or return a product without any defects, or want a different size, you will have to place a new order at your expense.
